All 15U-18U Events throughout the State of South Carolina will be Open Rosters. Rosters can be turned in before the 1st Game Time of the Event!!!
Gameday USSSA Fastpitch Rules
1. In the 10u age group, all National qualifying events (NITs) and State Championships will follow the USSSA National rules. The USSSA National rules allow for 9 players in the field (3 outfielders) and up to 11 players in the batting order with the use of 2 AP's and/or a DH.
For all other regular tournaments, the USSSA National rules will continue to apply with the exception 10 players may play in the field (4 outfielders who are at least 10 ft. behind the baselines). This will also mean that up to 12 players may be in the batting order with the use of 2 AP's and/or a DH.
2. Courtesy runners are allowed for pitcher and catcher at any time as long as they are a legal substitute for all National qualifying events (NITs) and State Championships. For all other regular tournaments, if a legal substitute is not available, then the last batted out may be a courtesy runner for a pitcher or catcher. A courtesy runner may only run for a pitcher or catcher but not both.
3. In Gameday Fastpitch Events for non-national tournaments in 10U, runners may advance 1 or more base at their own risk on a passed ball or wild pitch. Runners may also advance at their own risk on a pass ball or wild pitch to home plate.
All Pool Play are 1:15min Drop Dead
All Bracket Play are 1:30 finish inning
All 5 Game Format games are 1:20min finish inning
(Format is determined by number of teams)
All 1 Day Events are 1:20min finish inning
Will divide all 2 Pool +DE if 8 or more teams are in age group
